What to send
A correction. The page URL, what the guide says, and what you saw in the game — a screenshot or the build number helps. Corrections are applied to the entry itself so the next reader sees the change.
A source. If you have a first-party link (an official post, a patch note, a developer reply) that settles an open question, send it and it will be graded and credited.
A rights request. If you own material on this site and want it changed or removed, say which item and the site will act on it.
What happens to your message
Every message is read by the editor who writes the guides, not by a queue or a bot, so a reply can take a few days. Nothing you send is published as-is: a correction is rewritten into the entry it belongs to, and a source you contribute is graded and credited the same way as any other source on the sources page.
Correspondence is kept only until the question is settled. Email is not shared, sold or added to a list, and your name is attached to a contribution only if you ask for it. The privacy page sets out the full policy.
What is not handled here
Support for the game itself: bugs, refunds and account problems belong with House House, Panic or the store you bought it from, not with this site.
Ruling on the developer's intent. Where a guide and an official statement disagree, the official statement wins and the guide is corrected — but this site can only report what each source says, it cannot decide what House House meant.
