The short answer
In the same stretch of trees as the heavy ball. Pick up light bulbs and throw them through the hoop until every light on the panel has gone green. A two-player run measured about 8 successful shots.
The easiest of the five red tower puzzles. Use it as a rest stop.

Find the hoop in the same trees
From the heavy ball's location, look through the trees for the basketball backboard; throwable bulbs are lying nearby.

Throw until it is all green
Put bulbs through the hoop. Each one that goes in lights one more lamp on the panel. When they are all green, it is done.
Faster:About 8 hits on a two-player run. If accuracy is poor, swap throwers instead of grinding it out with one person.
