The short answer

Walk southwest from the silent room or the red tower to the beach maze. Two people take the two paths: a timer at the end of the left one, a slot at the end of the right one, and both paths curve round to the same corner window. Whoever holds the timer waits until the other is in position, passes it through the window, and they drop it into the slot on their side.

A pure routing puzzle. The hard part was never solving it, it is finding the way and waiting for the window.

Before you start

  • 2 players (both paths have to be occupied at once)

Step-by-step3 steps

  1. 1

    Southwest to the beach maze

Head southwest from the silent room or the red tower until you find the maze structure on the beach.

  2. 2

Split up and take one path each

One goes left, where a timer waits at the end. The other goes right, to the timer slot. Each path is walked alone, and both curve round to the same corner window where you can see each other.

  3. 3

Make the handoff at the window

The player with the timer waits until the other one appears at the window, then hands it over. They put it into the slot on their side and the red tower control panel part unlocks.

Faster:The timer is on a clock of its own. Scout both paths first and learn the route, then send the person carrying the timer.

Where it goes wrong

These are the questions real players search for most. Working through them in order usually finds the cause.

It is timed. Do not pick it up the moment you reach the maze - walk the route once first.

The corner window is the only contact point. Both players have to reach it before anything can be passed.

Where this solution came from

Coordinates, the objects on each side and the corner-window handoff come from Screen Hype's red tower guide. games.gg calls the same puzzle the Yellow Maze and describes the left player handing the timer to the right-path player to place on the green canister - same mechanic.

Puzzles in this game are not assigned in a fixed order: most of them reward the same generic red gourd, so you can clear any set of challenges around a tower. That is why two guides list different puzzle line-ups for the same tower — neither is wrong. Unless a coordinate is credited to a named source it is a community measurement, and later versions can shift it; once you are in the area, trust the landmark over the number.
