The short answer

Southeast of the red tower, across the gully and through the trees, there is a heavy ball on a deep purple-blue platform. You cannot walk while holding it, so the only way is a relay: one player stands still holding the ball, the other walks up close and takes it, runs a stretch, stops, and waits for the next person. Step by step the ball moves from the starting platform to the target platform up the slope.

Slow, not hard. What actually costs you time is the gradient - the ball rolls the moment it touches a slope, and rolling means chasing.

Step-by-step3 steps

  1. 1

Find the ball in the trees

From the red tower head southeast, cross the gully, push through the trees, and look for the deep purple-blue platform. The ball sits on its spikes.

  2. 2

    How the relay works

Whoever holds the ball cannot move. To move the ball, the receiving player has to walk up directly in front of the holder, take it, then run their own leg and stop and wait for the next player.

Faster:The ball is slippery, heavy, and weighted at the bottom - it rolls the instant it lands. Do every handoff on flat ground, never at the edge of a slope.

Schematic: the shared timing of relay and throw puzzles. Whoever holds the ball, or the timer, cannot move - it is always "catcher in position first, then hand off".
  3. 3

Push it up to the target platform

Keep working it uphill until the ball is resting on the target platform, and the red tower control panel part unlocks.

Faster:Put a lantern on the finish platform first as a marker - it gets dark quickly.

Where it goes wrong

These are the questions real players search for most. Working through them in order usually finds the cause.

Go back to the start and begin again. Next time hand off on flat ground and check for slopes before you pass it.

No. Holding the ball locks you in place, and one person cannot both move and advance it.

Where this solution came from

Coordinates, platform colour and the mechanic - cannot walk while holding, face-to-face handoffs - come from Screen Hype's red tower guide. Several reviews also note that these round, bottom-heavy props that roll away on landing are deliberate chaos design.

Puzzles in this game are not assigned in a fixed order: most of them reward the same generic red gourd, so you can clear any set of challenges around a tower. That is why two guides list different puzzle line-ups for the same tower — neither is wrong. Unless a coordinate is credited to a named source it is a community measurement, and later versions can shift it; once you are in the area, trust the landmark over the number.
