Define left and right before anything starts
Out loud, before you move: "when I say left, do I mean yours or mine?" Settle it, then begin.

Change one movement at a time
Work through the stage directions one movement at a time: the performer executes only the movement just called, while the observer holds the rest of the sequence. Change several movements at once and you cannot tell which step was wrong.

Puzzles in this game are not assigned in a fixed order: each tower needs a set number of gourds and has more challenges around it than that, so you choose which ones to clear, in any order.
