The short answer

The task is to send an item a long distance. Put the catcher in position first, then fire the item - not the other way round.

Same family as the red tower station cannon and the blue tower scaffold house: throw-and-catch timing puzzles.

Before you start

  • 2 players: one throws, one catches

Step-by-step2 steps

  1. 1

    The catcher takes position first

The catching player stands on the landing spot and confirms with a gesture. Only then does the thrower fire.

A - catch / carryItemB - throw / fireThe throw: too little force falls short, too much overshootsA in positionCatcher takes the spot firstA raises a handThen fireB firesFixed stanceA catchesPlace on the plinth
Schematic: the shared timing of relay and throw puzzles. Whoever holds the ball, or the timer, cannot move - it is always "catcher in position first, then hand off".
  2. 2

Fix the stance, vary only the force

If the first throw fails, the thrower should stay in the same spot and change only the strength. Change stance and strength together and a failure teaches you nothing.

Where it goes wrong

These are the questions real players search for most. Working through them in order usually finds the cause.

Stop changing stance and force at the same time. Pin one variable, move the other.

Where this solution came from

pixeltwelve lists aerial delivery among the yellow tower candidates and recommends placing the catcher before firing.

Puzzles in this game are not assigned in a fixed order: most of them reward the same generic red gourd, so you can clear any set of challenges around a tower. That is why two guides list different puzzle line-ups for the same tower — neither is wrong. Unless a coordinate is credited to a named source it is a community measurement, and later versions can shift it; once you are in the area, trust the landmark over the number.
